- Please keep your luggage and valuables with you. Passengers are responsible for their own belongings.
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or breakdowns are outside our control. Please plan extra buffer time for flights and trains.
- Please share your correct pickup point and a reachable mobile number so the driver can find you easily.
- Tell us in advance about pets, children or extra luggage so we can arrange the right cab.
